Navigating the Waters of Grief
When you feel lost in the waves of grief, it can be difficult to find your bearings and navigate clearly. When the heaviness and fog of emotions are clouding your view it can be easy to fall into a pattern of seeing only what has been lost. But I trust the beauty and possibility of your life is still here, perhaps obscured from view right now, but still available. As someone who has journeyed through grief and found unexpected moments of gratitude, I believe when we give grief room to breathe, when we release emotion, when we find small glimmers of acceptance, we discover the capacity to see what is left, what is here, and what calls us to live even amidst pain.
I believe you can to find your way back to a fully engaged life while still acknowledging your personal and unique experience of grief. It is possible to open to the choice of living wholeheartedly even when your heart feels broken.
In our work together, you will find that you don’t have to be alone in grief. As you navigate through the challenges of this time after loss you will have a companion for the journey, someone who sees beyond the engulfing emotions of grief and reminds you who you are and helps you to see the clear waters that lie ahead.
In individual coaching sessions, either in person or on the phone, we will work together through the process of understanding and healing grief. Parenting with Peace of Mind
The everyday routines of parenting can be challenging at times but I truly believe it doesn’t have to be so hard. I believe that you can navigate parenting with joy instead of stress. You can move from frustration to fun. You can choose how you want to be with your children, what you want to share with them, and what guides your parenting.
I believe it is possible for parents to have the connected relationships they desire with their children, to find the keys to natural cooperation, and the strength of heart to share what is most important as they create their own blueprint for confident parenting.
In the process of parent coaching, together we explore what you most want for your child to know in the world. You’ll experience how it feels to engage more deeply with your children and connect more playfully while also understanding how to guide them through disappointment and challenges.
Parenting with Peace of Mind is a 10- week transformational journey that includes weekly coaching sessions by telephone or in person, access to online audios and meditations, and individualized assignments between sessions. We’ll work together to create the parenting style that resonates with your heart and creates peace in your family.
